The Shearwater Opportunity

At Shearwater Capital, our primary aim is to provide quality investment management services for our clients at competitive prices. We have developed a cutting edge strategy for marketing these services and are currently hiring motivated individuals to become Client Service Representatives.

Advantages:

    Work out of your home. Choose your own hours, part-time or full-time, as your schedule allows.
  • No experience necessary
    Anyone with an interest in investing and a love for learning can do this job. We provide a training program to get you started and ongoing assistance with sales and marketing.
  • No products to purchase, no deliveries or collections, no quotas
    Because we offer a service rather than a product, Shearwater Reps are not required to purchase any inventories, and have no deliveries or collections.

Although we welcome interest from all people, regardless of age, sex, race or educational background, this job is not for everyone. The most important criterion for the job is personal integrity. It is critical to display the highest level of honesty and integrity in all interactions with clients and prospective clients.

Another important quality is self-motivation and intellectual curiosity. As a representative of a registered investment advisory firm, you are required to pass a Series 65 Examination. Although no prior investment experience or knowledge is needed, self-discipline and motivation are essential in preparing for this exam.
